We enjoyed a great lesson today from Sister Balhom. It was from the manual Joseph Fielding Smith, lesson 21: Proclaiming the Gospel to the World. She reminded us of the wonderful gift we have and the opportunity we have to share it with others. There were two quotes highlighted on the board for us to ponder; “We have tasted the fruits of the gospel and know they are good, and we desire that all men shall receive the same blessings and the same spirit that have been poured out so abundantly upon us.” “Every person who receives the light of the gospel becomes a light and guide to all those he is able to reach.” In closing we watched a very touching Mormon Message: Rescued by Christ.
