It takes about an hour and twenty minutes. We have done it in less time and never more than 90. There are hay rides, kiddie rides and last year Dianna and Marie climbed the hay bale pyramid and had their pictures taken at the top. There is also a big fruit and vegetable shop, a gift shop and food stands. I will drive if people don't mind spending at least an extra hour after the maize because I usually check out the gift shop for Christmas and the vegetable shop for canning.

If it has been raining for a few days before we go be aware that the maize can be VERY VERY Muddy! So dress appropriately! If the weather has been nice the paths should be okay.
It takes about 45 to 60 minutes to get there depending on traffic. If we start by 10 am the maize will be finished by 11:30/12. Time will depend on how long we take to do photos etc. If we are through the maize by noon it will give everyone who wants to do the shops and hour or so and they can be finished to leave by 1 and home by 2 for school kids.
